So, obviously, super high hopes. Spiderman, being one of my heros, has always been sort of "pooched" movie series. It's no secret that I HATE Tobey Maguire as Peter Parker. In the 90's cartoon, Parker was a dork, still, but stacked, and wasn't fucking emo.
Now, to the movie. It was so corny, straight out of the 70's comic books. Too corny, Tobey was gay, the movie was disappointing. Big ups to James Franco though, he gets top marks. Kirsten Dunst doesn't act and Topher Grace doesn't need to step out of his "70's" role. Tobey is teh fag. Also, when Venom was around, they had short quick shots of him, no real detail at all. Like they were scared to really show him.
